Wheat Flour Mill

Production Capacity: 50-1000tons/24hours of wheat. Final products: All kinds of different fineness wheat flour. By-product: Wheat bran. Operation and Control: PLC Control System or common electricity control system. Voltage and current frequency: three phase 110V~380V, 50Hz or 60Hz.

Corn Flour Mill

Production Capacity: 10-300tons/24hours of corn or maize. Main Products: 16~30 mesh corn grits, 40~80 mesh corn flour. Main products will be able to make foods or corn starch. By-product: Corn germ and corn bran. By-products will be able to make animal feed.

Laboratory Flour Mill

Wheat analysis on commerical value: Different kinds of laboratory mill for wheat test, analysis and research about wheat quality and commercial value. Test wheat sample: common wheat or hard wheat for normal flour or semolina flour.

Commonly Used Flour Test Equipment

Gluten quality, protein analysis, falling number, dough extension capacity, whiteness, moisture, ash content, hectoliter, metal content, fluorescence, fat content, fiber content and so on.

Auxiliary Instrument

Sample Preparation and Seperation: Electric scale, thermostatic oven, grain moisture meter, grain sifter, sample seperator, flour lab sifter, flour knife tools.

Steel Silo for Grain Storage

500-10000Tons Steel Silo used for grain storage. It will include grain receiving system, grain covenyor system and grain silo system.

From wheat storage to flour storage, we will provide the customer complete design and machine supplying. Big scale capacity of flour milling plant will adopt full automatic and modern production work by computer PLC control system. Raw material storage may use steel silos or cement silos.
